While broken down, the spindle’s every component is inspected for issues like; misalignment, lack of preload-to-bearings, crash damage, contamination and other typical causes of failure. Our technicians are trained to recognize signs of dysfunction on almost every spindle and bearing manufactured worldwide.

§  Failure Analysis and Hard Repair Quote

Once the cause of failure is diagnosed we give our repair recommendations containing a detailed scope of the work and a hard price guarantee, something that truly sets us apart from the competition. OEM’s balance standards are typically .05 inches per second, while we always balance to below .04 IPS, and typically ship spindles under .03, providing smoother operation, longer operational life and better performance.

Our reassembly includes the grinding and machining of all repaired parts. Where damage was too extensive, all new parts are manufactured at our on-site machine shop. Having this capability means we don’t have to rely on OEM, saving us time and saving you money.

§  Final Quality Control Audit and Return

The repair process comes to a conclusion with a thorough, independent quality control audit from a separate technician who again checks the spindle’s every element. Your spindle is painted and packed in non-corrosive packing material and encased in foam. You’ll be amazed at both how it looks and performs.
